Every STOiQ subscription, including basic SaaS, can be extended with custom work. Custom reports, custom inputs and outputs, full custom apps, and custom Power BI dashboards are available on top of any plan. No upgrade required.
All prices shown are pre-discount. If you're on an annual platform agreement, a 20% discount applies.
Custom Export Report

We'll generate a custom export file in nearly any format, pulling directly from the application where the request originated. Great for aligning with outside systems, reports, or formats your team already uses.
Custom Import Setup
$1,000 one-time
If you want to follow best practices and avoid manually transforming data, we'll build a custom import process for one anchor table. This includes mapping fields from your source system and handling the necessary transformations into STOiQ.
Full Custom Apps & Features
Custom scoped, fixed-price
Beyond reports and imports, we build whole custom apps and features. If it's critical to the platform, we'll often build it at no cost. If it benefits many users, it may hit our roadmap. Want it prioritized sooner? We can split the development cost. If it's unique to your team, we quote a fixed-price project with clear scope and timeline.
Custom Power BI Workspace

The STOiQ platform already includes a powerful suite of project intelligence dashboards. If you need custom reporting, branding, or modified visuals, you can unlock a Custom Power BI Workspace. This enhancement includes an initial development phase. You tell us what you want. We will confirm what is included and let you know if anything would require additional work. Power BI licenses are included.

Enterprise procurement, security, and deployment
Larger organizations often need more than a credit card and a click. For teams with formal procurement, hands-on security review, deployment inside their own cloud, or a perpetual copy of the platform they can run and modify, STOiQ offers three enterprise engagements.

Procurement Support

If your procurement group isn't cool with simply swiping a card, or if you need us to interface directly with procurement or finance, this package covers it. We'll update our documentation to formally list your organization as a client (including named insurer forms if needed). We uphold serious standards, and our Rules of Engagement have been reviewed and accepted by industry leaders like Cargill, Cenovus, HF Sinclair, Marathon Petroleum, Valero, and others. If you can't simply review and accept our terms, this add-on is required.
IT & InfoSec Engagement

For teams whose IT and security groups need hands-on engagement. We handle custom security questionnaires, live interviews, and deeper review beyond our standard InfoSec Package, which already covers policies, data protection, and hosting security. This engagement also includes an optional managed deployment into your own cloud at no extra cost: we install STOiQ and set up SSO and SMTP, your IT group handles light configuration and passes back the endpoints, and we keep operating, updating, and supporting it. You get the control of your own environment without the operational burden.
Perpetual Source License

One-time purchase. Updates continue while on an Enterprise annual agreement.
A one-time purchase of STOiQ exactly as it exists today: a full copy you can run, modify, and operate in your own environment as if it were your own, under a perpetual internal-use license. Stay on an Enterprise annual agreement and your copy keeps receiving updates, new features, and support. Step away and it keeps running as-is, still yours to operate. Internal use only. The license does not permit white-labeling, reselling, or otherwise commercializing the platform.
